Functional Ability Assessments

Employers and insurance agencies will often request an objective assessment of an employee’s or claimant’s functional capacity to complete a specific job. This involves an in-depth assessment of the person’s physical ability to perform the tasks required in a specific position and results are compared to the required job demands/description. This assessment is done in-clinic and the referral source is later provided with a detailed report outlining the applicable information.
