At Apex Therapy Services, our continued goal is to maintain the health and safety of our clients and therapists, and we therefore continue to follow the Manitoba Health directives closely as they pertain to the Coronavirus situation and recommended practices.  At the present time, Apex Therapy Services will continue to maintain the following standards to protect our clients and therapists during all in-person interactions and appointments:

1. Screening: a basic screen by phone call or on-line will occur prior to any home or worksite visit with our clients to determine the potential risks of an in-person meeting. If a client reports having potential symptoms of COVID-19, the therapist will determine if and when an in-person visit may occur and therefore the scheduled date may be changed at any time.
2. Social distancing: the visiting therapist will make every attempt to maintain a 2-meter distance between the therapist and client whenever possible.
3. PPE: sanitization before, during (as needed), and after the appointment will occur. A medical grade mask will also be worn at all times by the therapist during an in-person visit.

All clients are advised to contact their therapist immediately should they believe to have COVID-19, cold, or flu-like symptoms and have an upcoming appointment. It is strongly recommended that all clients of Apex Therapy Services continue to regularly check current public health orders.
